Tour terms & cancellations

A few things to know before your Bridgetown walking food tour.

Your tour request

The walking food tour starts at 11 a.m. Barbados time at Jubilee Gardens, lasts approximately two hours and 15 minutes and includes five food stops and historic parts of Bridgetown. The tour-only price is US$85 per person. Transportation costs extra and is quoted separately after the pickup origin is confirmed. The tour-only subtotal does not include unquoted transportation; the transportation quote and final total must be agreed before payment and booking confirmation. Pickup arrangements, availability, dietary needs and route suitability must be confirmed with the tour team.

Sending a request does not confirm or reserve a place. No payment is collected by this website. The tour team will contact you to discuss availability, your requirements and the final total, then send you a payment link. The tour team confirms the booking directly after the arrangements and payment are agreed.

Participation & your waiver

The lead guest signs their own participation acknowledgement when requesting a tour for their party. The tour team must collect the other guests’ individual waivers before confirming the group. For a manually arranged booking, the tour team must collect a signed waiver before confirming it. Tell the tour team about relevant food allergies, dietary needs, mobility support and language preferences so suitability can be discussed before booking.

Walking outdoors involves uneven surfaces, traffic and changing weather. Wear suitable footwear, follow your guide’s directions and tell the guide if you need a break. Food providers must confirm any accommodation; an allergy-free environment is not guaranteed. See our accessibility information.

If you cancel

• 48 hours or more before the start: a full refund of the tour price paid.
• At least 24 hours but less than 48 hours before: 75% of the tour price paid is refunded; 25% is retained for food arrangements.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a missed tour: the applicable policy is awaiting confirmation from the tour team. Obtain these terms before paying.

The cutoff is measured against the 11 a.m. start in Barbados. Exactly 48 hours qualifies for a full refund; exactly 24 hours qualifies for a 75% refund. Request cancellation directly with the tour team. The tour team will confirm refund timing and the payment method directly.

Changes & unexpected interruptions

If weather or other circumstances affect a tour, the tour team will discuss the available arrangements with guests. Operator cancellation, rescheduling and any applicable refund terms must be confirmed before payment. The website does not automatically issue refunds.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
